The launch of the Economic Transformation Action Plan (ETAP) during Climate Week in New York City marked a milestone moment for the Great Lakes–St. Lawrence Cities Initiative. As Marketing & Communications lead, I coordinated every detail of this high-profile event and supporting deliverables, ensuring a seamless rollout of the plan across both English and French audiences.

As Marketing & Communications lead, I directed every aspect of the Economic Transformation Action Plan launch, from strategy to execution. This included drafting and distributing media advisories, coordinating with mayoral communications teams, and managing national and regional coverage. I oversaw all event production elements, livestream logistics, Eventbrite registration, banner stand design, event video launch, and on-site graphics, while also developing key content such as the full ETAP report and executive summaries in both English and French, invitations, a fundraising one-pager, and social media campaigns. I worked closely with external vendors, including translators and printers, to ensure accurate bilingual materials and timely delivery. In addition, I led the creative direction for branding and collateral, creating a cohesive look that elevated the event and reinforced the story of the Fresh Coast Economic Corridor™.
