The 2024 Lakeshore Advantage Annual Meeting & Awards brought together community leaders, elected officials, and business stakeholders to celebrate regional economic wins and honor those shaping the future of West Michigan. As the Event Creative Lead and Coordinator, I directed every detail of the experience—ensuring the event was both visually impactful and strategically aligned with Lakeshore Advantage’s mission.

I designed the event logo and visual identity for the 2024 Lakeshore Advantage Annual Meeting, which established a cohesive look and feel across all event materials. This included a professionally printed event program, custom PowerPoint presentation graphics, supporting videos to open and close the event, and signage and branded collateral used throughout the venue. In addition to leading the creative direction, I also coordinated the AV during the event, managing transitions, cues, and speaker support to ensure a smooth experience for attendees.

I also led a sponsorship recruitment campaign, designing targeted print materials to engage partners and secure event funding. To support attendance and outreach, I created a digital email marketing strategy focused on membership and event registration. Onsite, I coordinated with local community college students, helping deliver a welcoming and professional guest experience. The 2024 Annual Meeting celebrated visionary leadership—including Curt Mulder of GMB Architecture + Engineering—and highlighted Lakeshore Advantage’s continued role in driving business expansion, job creation, and entrepreneurship across Ottawa and Allegan counties.
